Caitlyn focuses on helping employers sponsor highly skilled individuals for non-immigrant and immigrant visas as a part of the business immigration department.
She is a native of Michigan and studied human rights at The University of Chicago. During her studies, she became devoted to helping the immigrant community access greater freedoms and opportunities in the U.S. As a student, Caitlyn volunteered with various immigrant rights groups based in Chicago. In Detroit, she volunteers with Freedom House, supporting asylum seekers integrate into American society. Caitlyn has professional experience helping foreign nationals gain temporary and permanent employment for U.S. companies that specialize in automotive, pharmaceutical, IT, and other high-need industries.
In her role as Case Manager at Palmer Rey Caitlyn focuses on work visas, green cards, and waivers. She handles cases such as L-1, TN, H-1B, R-1, permanent labor certification (PERM) and J-1 waivers.
In her spare time, Caitlyn enjoys tutoring and running with her puppy, JoJo.
