Prepare for the possibility of immigration enforcement impacting your family.

Know Your Rights if immigration enforcement comes to your home.

  • Do not open your door or grant permission to enter your home.

  • Request to see a judicial warrant signed by a Judge. An Administrative Warrant signed by a Homeland Security Official or an Immigration Judge does NOT authorize ICE to enter your home.

  • Tell officers you will not speak to them without your attorney. Do not provide any information.

  • If arrested, Do NOT sign any document you do not fully understand. Do NOT sign any document agreeing to voluntary deportation, departure, or removal. DO REQUEST A HEARING WITH AN IMMIGRATION JUDGE and EXPRESS TO THE OFFICERS ANY FEAR YOU HAVE OF BEING RETURNED TO YOUR NATIVE COUNTRY.
