Since joining this field, Marcel has successfully represented numerous clients before U.S. consulates, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services  and CBP to obtain non-immigrant visas such as B, E, F, H-1B, J, K, L, O, P, R, TN and immigrant visas in the EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, EB-4, EB-5 categories. Furthermore, he handles a variety of waivers of inadmissibility due to misrepresentation, fraud, criminal history, unlawful presence (I-601, I-212, I-192) and J-1 waivers for exchange students who are subject to INA 212(e).
