SMS Terms and Conditions

Introduction
By joining the SMS program provided by Palmer Rey, you agree to receive recurring text messages, including notifications, updates, appointment reminders, scheduling communications, and client-service related messages, at the mobile number you provide. These Terms apply to SMS/MMS communications from Palmer Rey.
1. Opt-In Consent
Your participation in Palmer Rey’s SMS service requires your express consent. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Palmer Rey only. Your consent is not shared with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.
You may opt in to Palmer Rey’s SMS program through one or more of the following methods:
Web Form: You may provide consent by providing your phone number during the online form submission process.
Verbal Consent: You may provide verbal consent by clearly agreeing to receive SMS messages after being provided with an SMS consent disclosure.

Message frequency varies but will not exceed 3–5 messages per day unless a notification event or urgent client-service matter occurs. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Palmer Rey is not responsible for carrier charges, delayed messages, or undelivered messages caused by carrier networks or mobile service providers.
7. Record-Keeping and Compliance
Palmer Rey may maintain records of SMS opt-ins, opt-outs, dates, times, consent methods, and related communication history for business, legal, regulatory, and compliance purposes.
8. Changes to These Terms
Palmer Rey reserves the right to update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
SMS message delivery depends on mobile carriers and third-party networks. Palmer Rey cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, immediate delivery, or delivery at a specific time.
